One credit restores one photo. A UHD (4K) upscale costs 2 credits and a Live animation costs 5. Credits never expire - and if a restoration ever fails, you are not charged for it.

No account or password is required. Your credits sync across your Apple devices automatically, and "Restore Purchase" brings them back after a reinstall or a new phone. For your photos, the optional RestMemo Cloud ($0.99/month) keeps them synced across devices and safe if you reinstall. Signing in with Apple (optional) makes recovery even more reliable.
Credits and subscriptions are bought through Apple, so those refunds are handled in your Apple account - and a restoration that doesn't succeed never costs you a credit. Canvas prints are paid via Stripe; because each canvas is made to order it isn't eligible for a change-of-mind return, but if it arrives damaged or faulty we'll replace it or refund it in full.
